Nick Drushella

Nick Drushella brings over 12 years of experience designing and scaling initiatives that advance social, environmental, and organizational outcomes. Prior to Water's Edge Strategy, Nick led strategy and program design portfolios as Senior Director at Metropolitan Group, partnering with NASA, USAID, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the U.S. Forest Service. He specializes in convening diverse stakeholders across government, philanthropy, nonprofits, and the private sector to translate complex research into actionable plans. His collaborative, evidence-based approach is shaped by his work in the U.S., South Africa, and Indonesia.

Nick loves traveling with his family, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying fine food and drink with friends—especially coffee. He holds a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Queensland, where he served as a Rotary International Peace Fellow.
