Nick Drushella

Nick Drushella brings over 12 years of experience designing and scaling large-scale initiatives that advance social, environmental, and organizational outcomes. Prior to joining Water's Edge Strategy, Nick led strategy and program design portfolios as Senior Director at Metropolitan Group, working directly with NASA alongside partners including USAID, the Natural Resources Defense Council, and the US Forest Service. He specializes in convening diverse stakeholders—across government, philanthropy, nonprofit, and private sectors—to translate research and community insight into actionable strategy. Nick holds a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from the University of Queensland, where he served as a Rotary International Peace Fellow.
